This is an example of anti-corrosion paper produced at Singer's Kilbowie factory. It reads: This Side Out Anti-Corrosion Paper Don't Discard

This piece wrapped two original needle plates for 306/319 machines. Smaller pieces are frequently found inside Kilbowie attachment boxes.
