Power Cord - On older machines that use mains voltage for all controls - The electrical connection between the mains plug, Foot or Knee speed controller and the motor. For more modern machines that use a seperate footswitch that does not have mains voltage passing through it, usually connected by a 'jack plug' the footswitch lead is called a control cord rather than power cord.
