Vesta VSIII

#817598 with a V high up before the 8 and an O at the bottom, between the 8 and the 1. Courtesy of Thriftwizard. Automatic tension release, automatic shuttle eject, wooden handle to hand crank, Forwards and Reverse motion. The lion and shield was registered with the word Central in 1902 by Dietrich. In 1925 the same logo with the addition of a semi-circular flower underneath (as shown) *and* the word Vesta inside the design was registered in 1925, so it is likely that this version was not far away. The gold logo reads "Dietrich Vesta - Beste Deutsche Naehmaschine". Company History.
