Rocketeer - Before/After

Courtesy of Manalto. The Singer 500A was bought on Craigslist for $10, including an ugly (but useful) formica cabinet, storage bench, two sets of cams and a Singer monogrammer. The coating of nicotine was worse than it looks in the "before" photo. Note the inky black needlebar and presser foot. The needle looked as though it had been dipped in tar. It was cleaned up with bleach followed by clear water. Bleaching the Rocketeer.
