66SV8

#AE880153, courtesy of Valerie Johnson. The machine has no belt guard, a simple drop down bobbin winder, the motor is the type 4 motor that bolts to the pillar higher and offset to the back of the machine (it's very similar to a Featherweight motor). The type 4 motor is 110 volt .4 amp and turns much slower(approx 1/2 speed) than the standard .53 and .6 amp motors common to most 66's of this time period. The stitch length lever plate prevents backtack.
