Made in Sweden

This advert dates from 1918. Bishops Cluster is a company associated with J. Silberberg from Germany. This machine isn't a Stoewer, but may be compared to the Serata with a Swedish part underneath it, in this album. It's possible the machine was made or part assembled in Sweden to avoid anti-German sentiments, yet the origin may have been Germany. Adverts from 1917 and 1918 for different machines (another appears to be a Hengstenberg) refer to machines as "Made in Sweden" in inverted commas.
